In his role as Executive Director, Bob is responsible for overseeing all business attraction, retention, and expansion activities in Daviess County, as well as partnering with community and regional stakeholders on community development, quality of life, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and workforce development efforts. He previously served as the Director of Economic Development for the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, a four-county regional economic development organization in Southwest Indiana.  He has a wealth of experience engaging a broad range of state and federal programs from economic development to affordable housing to infrastructure. Previously, he was the Executive Director of the Newport Chemical Depot Reuse Authority where he managed the operations and redevelopment efforts for the 7,000-acre Vermillion Rise Mega Park (VRMP), formerly the US Army Newport Chemical Depot. Prior to that, Grewe led planning and economic development consulting assignments for the Lochmueller Group and has also held a variety of planning and economic development positions in regional planning, local government, and non-profit organizations. Bob earned his BS and MPA from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

As Program and Workforce Manager, Jill is responsible for advancing a variety of programs for the Daviess County Economic Development Corporation, including those related to workforce development and talent in Daviess County and the surrounding region. Jill's previous employment includes roles as the Safety Manager with M&C Tech in Washington, Indiana, and Senior Corporate Health Consultant with Daviess Community Hospital WellnessWorks. Jill is a graduate of Vincennes University. Jill and her husband, Shawn, currently reside in Montgomery. They have three children—Shawna, Jaxon, and Oaklee—and one grandchild—Campbell.

Amber serves as the Community Coordinator for Daviess County. She is responsible for Daviess County’s participation in the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (HELP) and organizing, facilitating, and managing quality of place and community development projects in Daviess County, the City of Washington, and Daviess County’s municipalities. Amber is originally from Humphreys County, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in May 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing. Prior to this role, she worked at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator. Amber and her husband Chad live in Washington, Indiana with their two children, Amelia and Jack.

As the organization's Business Office Manager, Shea is responsible for running the Daviess EDC Office and for all administrative functions for the organization. She is a lifelong resident of Daviess County and a graduate of Washington Catholic High School. Shea holds an associate's degree in Office Administration from Vincennes University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. Prior to her current role, Shea spent several years working for Perdue Farms and White River Cooperative, now Premier Companies. Shea and her husband, Justin, live in Washington, Indiana, with their daughter, Brie.
